The guarantee is personal and not transferable to third parties.

Scope of Guarantee

The guarantee covers significant functional or material defects that:

• were present at the time of manufacture,
• occur despite normal use, and
• impair the fundamental usability of the item.

Examples of covered cases:

• Zippers that fail prematurely despite normal use
• Hardware that detaches without external influence
• Seams that open unusually quickly
• Material defects not attributable to use or age

(These examples seem generous but are extremely rare for designer goods.)

Not Covered:

• Normal signs of wear and tear, or patina
• Optical changes or minor aesthetic defects
• Wear of leather, canvas, coating, edge paint
• Damage due to improper use, moisture, falls, or transport
• Odors, discoloration, or interior wear
• Damage incurred after receipt of the item
• Items not purchased from the Julery online shop

Guarantee Service

In the event of an approved guarantee claim, we offer, at our discretion:

• free repair or
• an appropriate credit for future purchases or
• a partial refund if a repair is not economically viable.

No further claims exist.

This guarantee applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is not transferable to other persons — even in the event of resale.
