How digital authenticity verification works

1. Sending the photos

After your purchase, we'll send you a link via email. Upload the photos we need here. The instructions are below.

2. Examination within 24-48 hours

We strive to keep our promises and are often faster than stated! To do this, however, we require the photos to be of very high quality. The timeframe begins upon receipt of the photos in sufficient quality. If the quality of the photos is not sufficient, the review time will be extended.

3. Result and certificate

After the inspection is completed, you will receive the result and, if the item is an original, a certificate.

Which photos do we need from you for review?

Here you will find information about which photos we require from you for digital authentication. Please note that these photos must be of good quality for reliable authentication.

  • Close-ups and sharp photos in natural light
  • Take photos of all the labels the handbag has
  • Take as clear photos of the serial code as possible
