Voluntary return guarantee for consumers

For all purchases that are not services, consumers are granted a voluntary return guarantee of 21 days from receipt of goods, in addition to their statutory right of withdrawal. Consumers can therefore withdraw from the contract even after approval of the purchase contract and expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period by returning the goods to us within 21 days of receipt (the period begins on the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods), provided that the goods are complete, in their original packaging and in unused and undamaged condition, and our seal has not been broken. Articles in like-new condition are excluded from this guarantee. Timely dispatch is sufficient to meet the deadline. The goods must be returned to: Julia Klingenberg, Lenaustr. 19, 40470 Düsseldorf.
