Returns:

Within Germany, we offer free returns under our voluntary 21-day return policy. Our products are sealed, which must not be removed or damaged if you wish to return them. This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal.

We offer a voluntary 12-month guarantee from the date of delivery for all items purchased directly from our online shop .
The guarantee is personal and not transferable to third parties .

Warranty scope

The warranty covers significant functional or material defects that

• already created during manufacturing
• despite normal use and
• impair the fundamental usability of the article.

Examples of covered cases:

• Zippers that fail prematurely despite normal use
• Hardware that detaches without external influence
• Seams that open unusually quickly
• Material defects not attributable to use or age

(These examples seem generous, but are extremely rare for designer goods.)

The following are not included:

• normal signs of use, wear and tear or patina
• optical changes or minor aesthetic defects
• Wear and tear of leather, canvas, coating, edge color
• Damage caused by improper use, moisture, falls or transport
• Odors, discoloration, or interior wear and tear
• Damage that occurred after receipt of the item
• Items not purchased in the Julery online shop

Warranty service

In the event of a recognized warranty claim, we will offer, at our discretion:

• free repair or
• a reasonable credit for future purchases or
• a partial refund if a repair is not economically viable.

No further claims exist.

Non-transferable

This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is not transferable to any other person — even in the case of resale.

Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this guarantee.
