Prepayment, Klarna invoice, PayPal Pay Later (30 days), PayPal installment payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit card, prepayment. We are working on offering additional financing options.
What are the shipping options and times?
We offer free shipping within Germany. Orders are shipped within one business day after receipt of payment. You will automatically receive your tracking information from us so you can track your shipment.
Express shipping to Switzerland costs €29.90. Customs clearance is already included; you pay no additional fees.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to Germany, Switzerland, Austria and the Netherlands.
Are the designer items original and in good condition?
Yes, we guarantee the authenticity of our items and carefully inspect their condition to ensure they meet our quality standards. What happens if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
In addition to the statutory 14-day return policy, we offer our 21-day return guarantee (applies to unworn items). Please see our return policy for further information.
How can I check the status of my order?
After shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link to track the status of your order.

Are there any additional fees besides the displayed price?
No, the prices displayed already include all applicable costs, excluding shipping within Germany. However, please note the terms and conditions of your chosen payment method.
