12-Month Warranty (Voluntary)
We offer a voluntary warranty of 12 months from the date of delivery for all items purchased directly from our online shop.
The warranty is personal and not transferable to third parties.

Scope of Warranty

The warranty covers significant functional or material defects that

  • were present at the time of manufacture,
  • occur despite normal use, and
  • impair the item's fundamental usability.

Examples of covered cases:

  • Zippers that fail prematurely despite normal use
  • Hardware that detaches without external influence
  • Seams that open unusually quickly
  • Material defects not attributable to use or age

(These examples seem generous but are extremely rare in designer goods.)

Not Covered:

  • Normal signs of wear and tear, abrasion, or patina
  • Optical changes or minor aesthetic flaws
  • Wear and tear of leather, canvas, coating, edge paint
  • Damage due to improper use, moisture, drops, or transport
  • Odors, discolorations, or interior wear
  • Damage that occurred after receipt of the item
  • Items not purchased from the Julery online shop

Warranty Service

In the event of an approved warranty claim, we will, at our discretion, offer:

  • free repair or
  • a reasonable credit for future purchases or
  • a partial refund if repair is not economically viable.

No further claims exist.

Non-transferable

This warranty applies exclusively to the original buyer and is not transferable to other persons — even in the event of resale.

Statutory Rights

Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this warranty.
